Young 5’s Weekly News

Updates

We will be back to normal this week with the elementary kids being back at school.  It will be nice to spread out into both classrooms again.

We will be doing a review week this week.  The theme this week is snow and snowmen.  We will be making Frosty the Snowman crafts and name snowmen.  They should be hung by the end of the week.  Peek in the room to see them.  The children will also be shoveling “snow,” building snowmen, and dressing up in snow gear.

I am going to start a new box on in our weekly note.  It will be for prayers.  Please email me or drop me a note if you or your family have a prayer request.  I will begin it by praying for two families each week.  We will all pray together for these families.  If you see them, remind them we are praying for them.  If your family is one we are praying for, let us know how we can be praying for you.

Michigan Academy of Gymnastics field trip is Tuesday, January 31.  Permission slips went home last week.  Extras are on the shelf in the classroom.
